Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited is a Government Co. under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy incorporated on 22nd October in the year 2003 as Public Limited Co. under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of constructing & commissioning the first 500 MWE Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam in TN and to commissioning, operation, pursue construction, & maintenance of subsequent Fast Breeder Reactors for generation of electricity in pursuance of the schemes and courses of Govt. of India under the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act, in the year 1962.

- Health Physics: Candidates must have completed B.Sc (Physics) with minimum 60% marks from any well recognized University.
- Chemistry: Candidates must have completed B.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks from any well recognized University.
- Electrical: Candidates must have completed Diploma (Electrical) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks from any well recognized University.
- Mechanical: Candidates must have completed Diploma (Mechanical) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks from any well recognized University.
- Instrumentation: Candidates must have completed Diploma (Instrumentation) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks from any well recognized University.
Age Limitations: The minimum age limit for the candidates is 18 years to maximum age limit of the aspirants is 25 years.
