About Banaras Hindu University
Banaras Hindu University formerly Central Hindu College, is a public central university located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The Banaras Hindu University was founded by the Bharat Ratna Mahamansa Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in the year 1916. The Banaras Hindu University offers UG, PG and Diploma/Certificate courses in various disciplines. BHU UET Application Form 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification:

- For MBA Course: Interested Candidates must have completed three-year graduation degree/ degree in Agriculture, Technology, Medicine, Education or Law/ PG degree in any discipline with 50% marks for general & 45% marks for SC/ST candidates from any recognized Institution. Aspirants must have qualified CAT 2017 examination.
- For UG Courses: Interested Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board/university.
- For PG Courses: Interested Candidates must have completed Bachelor Degree (in 10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline with minimum 50% marks to appear the PG entrance exam (PET).
Age Limitation: Maximum age limit of the students is 22 years of age.
Application Fee:
- BHU (UET & PET) Application form fee is Rs. 500/- for General & OBC Category of Candidates and for SC/ST category of candidates must have to pay Rs. 250/-.
- For Shastri (Hons.), the Application form fee is Rs. 200/- (Rs.100/- for reserved categories).
- The application form fee for MBA is Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 800/- for SC/ST Category).
- Students can pay the application fee through ATM-cum-Debit card, Credit card, Net banking.
- Participants can also pay the application form fee in cash by downloading the HDFC Bank Challan.
