About Bihar Board
The Bihar School Examination Board is shortly named as BSEB. It is a statutory body under section 3 of Bihar School Examination Board Act – 1952 which is functioning under Govt of Bihar devised to organize examinations at secondary & senior secondary standard in both govt & private schools belonging to the state of Bihar on the basis of the syllabus as prescribed by the Govt of Bihar. It is headquartered is located in the capital of the state, Patna. Along with school exams, it also organizes departmental examinations such as Diploma in Physical Education, Certificate in Physical Education & Teachers Eligibility Test for Bihar state, Simultaltala Residential Entrance Exams, Examination for Diploma in Elementary Education etc.
