Directorate of Health Service Assam Jobs 2017 Eligibility Criteria
Directorate of Health Services, Assam has invited the various application forms from the eligible candidates for 500 posts of Staff Nurse in the department. The candidates must know the eligibility criteria set by the department to apply for the DHS Assam Jobs 2017.
Educational Qualification: The Interested candidate must have completed GNM/B.Sc Nursing Course from a Government recognized University and must have registered with the Staff Nurses, Midwives & Health Visitors Council.
Age Limitation: The minimum age limit for the contenders is 18 years and the maximum age limit for the contenders is 43 years as on the last date to apply online.
Age Relaxation: The relaxation in age will be given only to reserved category as per the norms of the government.
Application Fees: General category of candidates must have to pay an application fee of Rs 250, whereas, the OBC/MOBC/SC/ST(P) & ST(H) candidates must have to pay application fee of Rs. 150/-. The application form fee will only be paid via Treasury Challan to the Head of Account “0210-M&PH-01Urban Health Services-800-Other Receipts”.
