About ECGC
The ECGC Limited Formerly known as Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Ltd. It is a company wholly owned by the Govt. of India based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It gives export credit insurance support to Indian exporters & is controlled by the Ministry of Commerce. Govt. of India had initially set up Export Risks Insurance Corporation in July in the year 1957. It was transformed into Export Credit & Guarantee Corporation Limited in the year 1964 and to Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India in the year 1983. Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India, was established in July, in the year 1957 to strengthen the export promotion by covering the risk of exporting on credit. Name of the co. has been changed from EXPORT CREDIT GUARANTEE CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED to ECGC Limited with effect from 8 August in the year 2014 according to the certificate issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies, Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
ECGC PO Jobs 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Minimum age limit for the candidates is 20 years and Maximum age limit of the candidates is 30 years.
- Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Person with Disabilities.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Associate member of Institute of CA/ ACS/ CFA. (OR) must have Possess MBA (preferably Marketing/Finance)/ Post Graduate in Economics or International Trade or Maths or Statistics from a University authorized by Government of India For more details candidates must have to visit the official notification of the recruitment.
