About JAC
The State of Jharkhand came into existence on 15th November, in the year 2000. An Act to formed the Jharkhand Academic Council was enacted by the Jharkhand State Legislature & assented to by honorable Governor of the Jharkhand State on 26th February in the year 2003 and notified by the government on 04th March 2003, which is called as Jharkhand Academic Council Act 2002.
