SKUAST Junior Scientist Jobs 2018 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Professor/Chief Scientist & equivalent Posts
- Candidates must have completed Doctorate degree in the subject concerned.
- Candidates must have 10 year’s experience in the relevant subject out of which at least 8 years should be as Scientist/Teacher or equivalent posts in the pay scale-III of n5600-39100 along with Grade Pay of <5400 /6000 /7000/8000 (pre-revised) and 2 years as Associate Professor/Senior Scientist or equivalent in the pay band-IV of <37400- 67000 along with grade pay of <8700 /9000.
For Associate Professor/Sr. Scientist & equivalent
- Candidates must have completed Master’s degree with mini. 55% marks or equivalent grade in OGPA or equivalent PG qualification in the concerned subject; &
- Candidates must have completed Ph.D. degree (with coursework) in concerned subject as decided by the UGC Regulations, 2009 (Ph.D. is relaxed for aspirants having PG degree in Very. Sciences mentioned the candidate has 01 publication in NAAS rates referred Journal and NET as Essential Qualification); &
- NET or at least 2 full-length publications having a nauseating not less than four, on the last date of submission of application form
- For Assistant Professor/ Jr. Scientist
