UPES Law Studies Aptitude Test is organized by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. Educational Qualification: Interested candidates must have completed 5 years integrated BA LLB (Hons) in Energy Law, BA LLB (Hons) in Corporate Law programmes and candidates must have passed their 10+2 or higher secondary or equivalent examination with aggregate marks of 50% from a recognized board. Those aspirants who have 6 years integrated B.Tech in Energy LLB(Hons) in Intellectual Property Rights or B.Tech CSE in LLB(Hons) in Cyber Law programmes must score aggregate marks of 60% in 10+2 with compulsory subjects being Physics, Chemistry & Maths from any recognized board.
Age Limitation: Minimum age limit for the candidates is 17 years and maximum age limit of the aspirants is 23 years. Relaxation in age will be applicable to reserved category candidates as per organization norms.
Selection Process: To get admission in various LAW programmes aspirants must have to participate in ULSAT / Board Merit / CLAT AIR Merit/ LSAT India Merit followed by Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates must have to pay application form fee Rs. 1850/- Online by using debit card/credit card/net banking and Offline by using demand draft. Offline by Cash Rs. 1750/–.
Mode of Payment: Application Form Fee can be paid through DD which should be drawn in favor of “UPES Fee Account, payable at Dehradun or Delhi”.
